Amanda Silva is owner and principal director of Cast Iron Content, a collaborative content marketing agency based in New England. A storyteller by trade and talent, Amanda was raised overseas and often writes about her expatriate childhood experiences. Not surprisingly, Amanda jumps at just about any chance to travel and is most inspired when she is on the move.

Today, Amanda uses her storytelling talents to assist business owners in marketing, content creation, website & logo design, etc. through her agency. She shares an interesting story about getting to know her clients prior to working with them.

Some of the information Amanda covers is:

  • How to use Storytelling to connect with your clients
  • Why content marketing is the way of the future
  • When is it time to rebrand your business?

Sarah Johnson (Scarlet Ravenswood)

Published February 20, 2018 in Marketing , Spirituality - 0 Comments

My guest today is Sarah Johnson. Sarah started doing tarot as a side hustle while working a corporate job in advertising. Eventually, she was able to turn her passion for tarot into a successful full-time business and goes by the moniker Scarlet Ravenswood. Sarah now also helps other spiritually-focused entrepreneurs get their businesses up and running.

Topics that we cover in this interview are:

  • Using social media as a marketing strategy
  • How social media has helped grow a spiritually focused community
  • What it is like being a 'digital nomad' and being able to work from anywhere as all my tarot readings are done through Skype.

Kronda Adair

Published September 26, 2017 in Marketing , Website - 0 Comments

Today we have a special guest expert, the person responsible for my new and much improved website at, Kronda Adair.

Kronda is a recovering WordPress developer turned digital marketer. She started an agency as a programmer, with a degree in Web Design and Interactive Media. After a couple of years, she struck out on her own, creating WordPress websites for small businesses. She's spent the past few years learning what makes websites profitable and rescuing business owners (like me!) from ill-informed technology decisions. She helps business owners turn brochure websites into profitable marketing tools to grow their business.

Listen in as we discuss:

  • What does it take to market effectively online?
  • How do you deal with tech overwhelm?
  • What tools exist to speed and ease execution of your marketing plan?
