Amanda Silva is owner and principal director of Cast Iron Content, a collaborative content marketing agency based in New England. A storyteller by trade and talent, Amanda was raised overseas and often writes about her expatriate childhood experiences. Not surprisingly, Amanda jumps at just about any chance to travel and is most inspired when she is on the move.

Today, Amanda uses her storytelling talents to assist business owners in marketing, content creation, website & logo design, etc. through her agency. She shares an interesting story about getting to know her clients prior to working with them.

Some of the information Amanda covers is:

  • How to use Storytelling to connect with your clients
  • Why content marketing is the way of the future
  • When is it time to rebrand your business?

Jessi Honard & Marie Parks

Published October 3, 2017 in Messaging , Strategy - 0 Comments

I’m super excited about this interview! Jessi Honard and Marie Parks are co-owners of North Star Messaging + Strategy, a copywriting and messaging strategy firm established in 2010 serving purpose-driven entrepreneurs. They help their clients find the North Star of their own business and develop compelling messaging that complements their values and engages their audience.

The reason I'm so excited about this one is that I've followed Jessi and Marie for almost two years and about 6 months to a year in I joined their Messaging Mastermind program not once - but twice it was so good! A great way to get to feel for the value these two provide is to check out their free Copywriting Character Quiz.

You can get to know them better in their Facebook Community Entrepreneurs' Circle for Messaging and Strategy.

In this episode we cover:

  • How Jessi and Marie managed their side-hustle for 4-5 years -- and why having a side-hustle can be a perfect opportunity to get your messaging down
  • How they turned their side-hustle into a full-time hustle, and why starting off part-time made them successful in the long run
  • How they were able to shift their audience to serve clients they're crazy about

Enjoy!
